John Michael Higgins — AKA the funniest man on the screen, whenever he’s on the screen — just joined Cameron Crowe‘s latest venture, We Bought a Zoo, already starring Matt Damon and Scarlett Johansson. If you didn’t know, the film is based on the memoir by Benjamin Mee, a man who used his life savings to buy a run-down zoo in the English countryside. Higgins will play a more than likely hilarious state zoo inspector “cursed with an active and loud stomach,” according to The Hollywood Reporter. And to that, we’re not quite sure what an “active and loud stomach” means, but we have the solution: birthday cake.
