LOS ANGELES, Aug. 2, 2000 — On Wednesday night, people were standing around asking, “Where’s the Bacon?!”
But the wait was not long, as a visibly clothed Kevin Bacon, with wife Kyra Sedgwick, made his way down the red carpet for the premiere of “Hollow Man” at the Mann Village Theater in Westwood.
The versatile actor stars in the sci-fi thriller about a charismatic scientist who unlocks the secret of invisibility. The film also stars Elisabeth Shue, Josh Brolin, Joey Slotnick, Greg Grunberg, Kim Dickens and Mary Randle as his partners in crime.
On hand at the premiere were Sheryl Crow, Amy Brenneman, Antonio Sabato Jr., Scott Foley, LeVar Burton, David Schwimmer, Christina Applegate and Camryn Manheim.
“Hollow Man” appears Aug. 4.
