Love story: Graham has been quite vocal about her romance with the actor/director since they were spotted canoodling all over New York. Tales of them sneaking into airplane lavatories together were confirmed by the actress, who also posed for Entertainment Weekly last summer with “I Love Ed” written all over her body. She also stars in “Sidewalks of New York,” a romantic comedy written and directed by Burns, due out sometime next year.
What went wrong?: Their quiet split came after news that Burns was buying John F. Kennedy Jr.’s New York apartment on his own, although the two shared a home in Hollywood Hills. Burns‘ spokeswoman said the two remain friends.
Post-split romance: Graham has hooked up with “The Patriot” star Heath Ledger (yes, he’s 21 to her 30) in Prague, where they were both filming separate projects. Burns, in the meantime, is not doing too shabby himself — he’s reportedly dating supermodel Christy Turlington.
What they’ve said: “I’m committed to acting, my friends and to Eddie,” Graham told Hollywood.com when she was promoting her indie film “Committed” earlier this year. “When I made this movie, it was in the beginning of our relationship. He was there every single day. It was romantic. The director was saying ‘Oh, great! Here we are doing a movie about this girl who’s husband leaves her and you guys are being a romantic couple and hanging out together every second!”
