On January 17, the Betty White documentary, Betty White: A Celebration, was released in theaters worldwide. In this film, audiences follow the life and career of beloved Betty. Throughout the movie, the actress takes us through behind-the-scenes moments on shows like The Mary Tyler Moore Show, The Golden Girls, Hot in Cleveland, and her hosting gig on SNL. Viewers also get to see Betty pursue her other passion: advocating for animals. The documentary included a video of Betty’s final days, as she gives love and thanks to people who have supported her.

The movie features stars like Ryan Reynolds, Carol Burnett, Tina Fey, Morgan Freeman, Jennifer Love Hewitt, and the late Alex Trebek among others.

The film premiered exclusively in theaters only on January 17, and there has been no announcement whether the film will be available to stream or rent.

The world witnessed Betty White’s last photo 

Betty White’s assistant, Kiersten Mikelas, shared the final photo taken of the late star to Facebook.

“I wanted to share this photo of Betty,” Kiersten writes. “It was taken on 12/20/21. I believe it’s one of the last photos of her. She was radiant and beautiful and as happy as ever. Thanks to all of you who are doing kind things today and every day to make the world a better place.”

The photo shows Betty in good spirits which makes the image even more meaningful. Betty White was spreading all of her love, even in her final days.

In her career, Betty White impacted so many people, even if they never met her. Fans took to social media to celebrate the icon and thank her for all she’s done for Hollywood, animals, and for the world.
