As far as tragic voyages go, the Titanic’s got nothing on Taylor Swift. The 22-year-old singer/serial break-upper was doing some serious mourning as she floated away from her romantic Caribbean vacation gone awry. Swift has reportedly split from 18-year-old One Direction dreamboat (boat… ah… too soon!) Harry Styles after a nearly two-month-long whirlwind relationship that included a very telling New Year’s Eve kiss and a trip to a tattoo parlor.
The “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” crooner was caught by photographers looking so very sullen on the back of a boat headed back to “reality” where she will, inevitably, write a song about this. Since then, Sad Taylor On A Boat has become meme-worthy Internet fodder. In fact, we thought Taylor could use some company on her bummed-out voyage from another sad celeb.
