Hmm, is Lana Del Rey trying to change the subject? The singer has released the video for her latest track “Carmen” — coincidentally, the same weekend that NBC replayed her disastrous SNL performance.
Del Rey Tweeted, “Made you something. CARMEN explains everything.” Like “Video Games,” the haunting clip consists of bits of old footage intercut with shots of Del Rey, but this time she’s telling the story of a teenage junkie.

You’d better share this on Twitter immediately, because clearly there’s plenty to defend/denounce as hipster silliness, depending on your general opinion of Del Rey.
